Carriages Restaurant nestles in the beautiful Camel Valley on the Bodmin to Wadebridge Road (A389) sited next to the Lily Laden Lake at Trelawney Garden Leisure. The restaurant has been themed around those wonderful days of the steam age with a quality of service to match.
A Taste of the Past
Carriages Chef prides himself with tempting his customers to a truly traditional home-cooked menu of classic roast meats, fresh vegetables, tantalising hot puddings such as bread & butter, spotted dick & delicious fruit pies all with various custards & fresh creams, not forgetting a mouth watering choice of daily specials, hot/cold snacks, fresh cream cakes, children's meals, Cornish Cream Teas, beverages and a selection of wines, beers & lagers.
The adventure play park which will spark young imaginations, being themed around a railway station with train will make the childrens day a memorable one and may even give you five minutes to relax while you take a seat and watch them play.
Themed Evenings
Every month there is an evening meal based on a different theme where the restaurant takes on a slightly different style with waitress service combined with the carvery style servery. Bookings are required for these hugely popular evenings.
